Originally when it hit the scene, the Stratocaster was released in a 2-color sunburst finish on a solid, deeply contoured ash body, a one-piece maple neck with 21 frets, black dot inlays, and Kluson machine heads, until 1956, when Fender started making bodies made from solid alder. Also available were a set of custom colors that wasn't standardized until 1960. These custom colors mostly consisted of automobile lacquer colors made by DuPont and could be had for an extra 5% cost. SMG Guitar Lesson #16: Mixolydian Mode
The notion of the Mixolydian mode dates back to the music theory of ancient Greece. However, the Mixolydian mode that we know today is very different than that of the Greeks. Modern day Mixolydian mode didn't begin to take shape until around the middle ages through various translations, mistranslations, and alterations at the dawn of Gregorian chant. In other words, medieval music theorists kind of pulled this one out of the blue. You might as well say that Mixolydian means "mixed-up-lydian" mode. What is known today as "Fender Guitars" began as Fender’s Radio Service towards the end of 1938 in Fullerton, California, USA. As an electronics technician, Leo Fender had experience repairing radios, phonograph players, home audio amplifiers, public address systems and musical instrument amplifiers. Leo soon became interested in improving the musical instrument amplifiers, and he began custom-building a few amps based on his original designs.

A guitar is not only a musical instrument. Sure, it is capable of filling rhythm, lead and harmony bliss. Shipping A Guitar Takes Extra Care

Whether you are a musician on the move or have sold an old guitar on eBay, it is important to know how to ship a guitar properly. These delicate devices need to be properly packed for shipping so that they are not damaged.
For proper shipping of a guitar, it is obviously necessary to pack it properly.
The first and foremost step is to loosen the strings of the guitar by at least one step. While shipping, the strings might experience high tension and this can cause them to snap and cause unnecessary tension on the neck.
The next step is adding proper
